Hi there, I’m Heléna.
I have been a wedding planner for 5 years and I'm not ashamed to admit -
I love love. I deeply value the magic that comes with connection between family, friends, and strangers.
My approach
I know just how much time, thought, and emotion goes into creating a wedding. While planning can be an incredibly joyful journey, it often comes with its own pressures. Juggling decisions, timelines, and expectations can feel overwhelming, especially when balanced alongside everyday life.
What should be a time filled with excitement and connection can easily become overshadowed. Your engagement deserves to be cherished - it should feel just as special as your wedding day itself.
That’s where I come in. My role is to help you pause, breathe, and fully immerse yourself in the beauty of this moment - the engagement, the anticipation, and every detail that follows.
My approach to planning is thoughtful and bespoke, designed to reflect your story and style. I’m here to ensure the entire experience feels seamless, intentional, and deeply personal.

So, why weddings?
I truly adore working with couples and I'm incredibly grateful to the clients who place their trust in me. My career as a wedding planner has connected me with so many wonderful people and their beautiful stories, and I can confidently say that the past 5 years have been some of the most
cherished and rewarding of my life.
Originally, my plan was to attend drama school and pursue a career in acting. Having been on stage from a young age, I fell completely in love with the magic of storytelling and couldn’t imagine my life without it. However, when the time came to audition and choose a school, I realised my heart wasn’t quite in it in the way I felt it needed to be. Wanting to stay busy while I figured out my next step, I took on three jobs: first as a waitress in a café, then
as a barista in a theatre, and finally working front of house at a wedding venue that would later change everything.
I still remember that first shift so clearly - guests excitedly chatting and catching up, the sound of laughter mixed with tears, and two people who had
just chosen each other, forever, sharing a quiet smile across the room. It’s safe to say I was officially hooked.
As you get to know me, you’ll come to understand that I approach everything in my life with a full heart and unmatched passion. Where there is a will,
there is always a way - and it was that will that guided me here.
I’ve since been fortunate enough to work with some of the UK’s most stunning venues, including Kin House, Deer Park, Limekiln, and more, planning
alongside wonderful couples and bringing their visions to life.
So, while I may not have been born for the stage, my purpose is to understand your story and tell it in a way that lights up not only you, but everyone
around you too. That is my passion, and that is why weddings.
